Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio

Ana Kristina Gasteyer (born January 1 1977) is a popular American performer and comedian. Her most notable part was that she appeared as a co-host of the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live, from 1997 until 2002. Since then, she has appeared in such sitcoms as ABC's Suburgatory TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto as well as the movie Mean Girls. Gasteyer was a student in Northwestern University when she began her acting career. She began her studies as majoring in voice, but then moved to theater study after joining the campus' Improv team. The same spirit accompanied Gasteyer throughout various roles, such as her overly controlling Sheila Shay in Suburgatory or the offbeat Karen Grisham on Lady Dynamite. This has all led up to American Auto, the NBC comedy that grants Ana Gasteyer her long-awaited starring role. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She was a telenovela star in films and television shows such as Eastbound & Down on HBO, Capadocia for Amazon and Goliath. Reguera is a native of Veracruz, Mexico. She was the daughter of Nena of la Reguera, was a Miss Veracruz who became a journalist and television personality. Reguera studied ballet and began performing arts classes at the Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura.
